Antique Vintage French Wooden Soap Box marked: SAVON DE MIEL DE DIEU on the front of the box The lid and 2 sides also have marks see photos. The inside of the lid also has the remains of a label. Overall Dimensions: Length - approx. 27cm (10.5") Width - 18.5cm (7.5") Depth - 11cm (4") Weight 465g Condition - in a used and aged condition with some areas of minor damage - e.g. part of one side is missing, the lid has had a repair in the form of two wooden pieces of which one has some minor damage. It retains its charm and appeal and though, it can still be used for storage in some capacity, is probably more decorative than practical.
