Item Description:Antique Vintage Gold Gesso FrameElaborate Detail! Dimensions: Outer: Approx 15 x 13 Inner: Approx 9 ¾ x 7 ¾ T are 5 Unique Layers to This Frame: Outer Layer is Plain Smooth Gold Next is a Diamond Rope Motif Followed by a Plain Gold Band Then What Looks Like a Basket Weave The Last (Inside) Layer is Beaded Please Note the Following Damage: Beading is Gone Along the Inside Bottom of the Frame Missing One Small Piece of the Weave Section (Lower Right) Outer Gold Band Has 2 Inch Section Missing (Lower Right) Various Other Small Chips and Nicks Some Nail Holes on Back (w backing was attached) Some Staining - Really Needs a Good Cleaning! This Frame Contains No Backing or Glass Hooks and Wires are also missing Still Pretty Snug - Very Well Constructed This is a Nice Old Heavy Ornamental Frame That Could Use a Little Love!
