Antique hanging Penn Scale, 8" dia., tin, blue enamel, printed on face: Capacity 20 Lbs, Penn Scale Mfg. Co., Inc., Philadelphia, PA., Series 820. This beautiful old scale has a small dent on left side otherwise appears to be in good condition, has adjustment screw on bottom for adjusting weight. Produce tray is missing. Scale is being sold as is. Would look great in a country kitchen! Thanks for looking! Ooops...Sorry but the adjustment screw does not work, just turns loosely, not catching the spring.
