Another great attic find! Pair of kerosene lanterns, imprinted above the glass is: Boat Signal Lantern. No other marks that I can find.I am not sure of the exact age. I was told at one time these were railroad lanterns, another person said that they are boat lanterns. I am not an expert, So...questions and comments are always welcome. On the back t are "handles" and a clip. Both appear to be all original and all parts intact. Wicks are in both lanterns. No damage that I can detect. Normal wear and tear give these a great patina. Each lantern measures about 9" tall. Total weight is 4 1/2 pounds. Flat rate shipping with insurance will be $ 12.95. I accept money orders and Pay-Pal only. Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction ending.
