I was told this was made by the Cherokee, and it makes sense, I believe it may be true, but I have no verification it is.Certainly an interesting piece no matter the provenance, and looks quite vintage with excellent condition for the fabrication.Superb Character and Great Lines make the novelty of the Tobacco come alive!The Tobacco characteristics mimic the color and shaggy coat of the great beasts with unreal exactness!I love this critter and will miss it; please let me know if you have info on these...
