Antique/Vintage South African made Wooden Wine Cabinet We have up for auction this very nice antique/vintage South African hand made wooden Wine Cabinet. This cabinet has hand carved front doors with the wood of the doors being about 1 1/4 inch thick. The wine rack inside can hold about 60 bottles (more if the smaller positions are utilized), appears to be constructed of iron and measures about 31 inch across and 31 1/2 inch tall. As you can see from the photos, t are three shelves inside the cabinet. Each shelf is about 16 3/8 inch wide X 31 inch long X 5/8 inch thick. The top shelf has about 7 1/2 inch clearance; the middle shelf has about 8 1/4 inch clearance; and the bottom shelf has about 13 7/8 inch clearance. The cabinet measures (outside) about 84 inch tall X 42 1/2 inch wide X 19 1/2 inch deep. The front doors were each either constructed of 2 pieces, or both doors have had the wood split and been repaired at some time in the past.
