Note: in the photo the table is very dusty...that is not what the wood actually looks like when cleaned. Great old oak Mission style (appears to be) sturdy table and chairs. It also appears to be hand made. Very heavy. This would make a great game table or breakfast table. The chairs come with cushions in good shape. The table top needs some tlc...some wood oil would fix a few scratches...also the table needs to have 3 legs bolted back on from my move. I insure all items that I sell, tfore, all items that I ship via USPS require your signature for insurance purposes. If you are in the Houston , Texas area you are welcome to pick them up at my location in Seabrook , Texas at a time convenient for both the buyer and seller. Items that I ship are packed very well to prevent breakage. I am not an expert in anything; however I explain it to the best of my knowledge. It is possible (with all listings on Ebay) that their may be a unknowing mistake in the ad. If this occurs this will be resolved in the appropriate manner. I am not responsible for any item that I sell than harms another person. I accept returns if I receive it within 7 days of your receipt of it in the same condition as it was sent and sent back in the same manner as I sent it. I must be emailed the day that you receive the item letting me know that you intend to return it in order for you to be refunded.
