Up for bid... an Antique Vintage Western Electric Sewing Machine circa 1908. (This machine closely resembles a Wilcox & Gibbs 1908 machine.) This machine comes in a lunch box style wooden case with "Western Electric" on the side. The case measures approx 16 x 11.5 x 9. The motor swings under the machine's arm for storage. T is a plaque on the motor with the number 2B641938 etched into it (possibly a serial number?) also etched into the plaque is 115 AC/DC volt. T are some faded and/or scratched areas of wood on both the case and the base of the machine. T is some minor wear on just a few small spots in the design painted throughout the machine. The foot pedal and all cords are present. T is wear in the fabric wrapping around the cords and in the plugs themselves. This machine's functionality has not been tested. The sewing machine will be packed very carefully, but to be safe we will require insurance on this item. An Amazing Machine To Be Proud Of In Any Collection! Check out my other items !
