This is a second lot from my own collection. are 2 more lovely, antique wooden drafting tools up for auction. Nice with a rich patina from their drawing history. These include a french curve and a 45 degree triangle. For more detail, see photos. I didn't know t would be so much interest in these, so I am going to be more detailed in the description. The triangle is a companion to the 30-60-90 triangle I sold this week. It is made from 2 woods, one darker wood outlining the interior and exterior, and measures 10" x 7". It is hand marked in ink with the name "Eugene Gordon 9X3 Drawer 83" and embossed with the number "7". From use it has dried ink daubs and the 90 degree corner joint feels a little loose. One 45 degree corner is worn down a bit at the point. The French curve is approx. 9" long (furthest pt) and hand marked in ink with the name "W. Binley, Jr." and is embossed "Keuffel & Esser Co. New York and Chicago 7" and a lion with "Trademark". DECORATIVE USEFUL COLLECTIBLE - would be beautiful displayed. Please e-mail me with any questions.
