This unique 1945 Black & Decker wooden tool box housed a "Vibro-Centric" Valve Seat Grinder and its accessories. The only remaining tool is a lone drill bit. It's approx. 27 lbs by itself, and is approx. 22" wide, 13 1/2" tall, and nearly 11" deep. It came with four documents. The original packing list, a "Vibro-Centric" brochure, "The Principles of Valve Recondtioning" handbook, and finally the Black & Decker "1945 Valve and Valve Seat Tool Specifications" handbook. This last document informs what size tools should be used on a 1935 DeSoto for example, and scores of other car makes and models from the early 1930's to 1945. It goes on to specify what to use on trucks and buses, marine engines, aircraft engines, tractors, and motorcycles. The only imperfections I've found are three hinge screws are missing, and the Black & Decker name is somewhat faded on the front of the tool box. The latches work fine and are in very good shape. It has a leather handle that is still very functional. The two handbooks (26 pages each) were found curled up in the top drawer. I've got some heavy books on them now attempting to flaten them out. Wanted to add more photos, especially of the documents, but used up the 12 limit quota. If this item could be shipped to a non-residential address, like where you work – I could knock off $2.75 from the shipping
