Hello fellow Ebayers!DESCRIPTION: H ere we have an absolutely huge and oh-so-lovely watercolor painting of the Baltimore Harbor by listed artist William Reginald Watkins.We will let bidders decide value in a fun ***NO RESERVE*** .99 cent starting bid auction.BIO ( from Askart): Born in Manchester, England, William Watkins studied at the Maryland Institute in Baltimore with Hans Schuler, W.W. Turner, and Maxwell Miller. He was a member of the Baltimore Watercolor Club and the London Royal Society of Art. He was a teacher at the Maryland Institute and the University of Maryland in Baltimore.CONDITION: Painted on heavy artists paper. No tears or no repairs. Foxing (oxidation) spots throughout, so it could use a cleaning, but it's so grand that it displays beautifully as found as the impressionist style absorbs the spotting in a gentle way. Signed lower right and dated 1963. The frame has paint loss all around but is handsome and rugged for it and matches the scene nicely with its pale blue paint color.SIZE: measures approx. 30" Tall x 36" Wide framedSHIPPING ETC.: I am basically a one man band here, I mean the dogs watch me do stuff all day but are really only here for moral support.
