Description: This is a n rare antique Chinese panel bracelet. There are 6 panels with beautiful very intricate filigree wire work (I did notice that it is missing 2 small swirls). The 4 center panels have large hand carved amethyst cabochon in the center. I'm not sure what the image is that is carved but they resemble a beetle bug. Each of the panels was connected to a smooth backing and then hinged together with a hinge that goes the full height of the connection. The detailed work on this bracelet is actually amazing! Size: It is approximately 7 inches long and approximately 1 1/8 inch wide at the widest point. The stones are almost 1 inch by a little over 1/2 inch. Markings: It is very faint but I believe it has "CHINA" on the clasp Closure: Secure box clasp Condition: Good antique condition - It definitely needs to be cleaned (it has a dark patina that you can see best in the last 2 pictures) and upon close examination I did notice it was missing 2 little swirls but all the hinges and the box clasp are secure.
