This good old yardstick is covered with interesting advertising.� It appears to be of pine and has a nice vintage patina.� There is a drilled hole in the top for a leather hanging string.� The top is about 1” square, squared off with a rounded-off head, and the bottom tapers to just over ½” square.� One side is the inches.� One side says “MANUFACTURERES: LEATHER BELT – Belt Repair Work – Belt Dressing – Cement – Calmet Meters – Cypress Tanks – “FORT WORTH SPUDDERS”.� Another side says Samson Windmills – Stover Feed Mills – Engines – Pumps – Pipe – Boiler Tubes – Rubber Belt – Packing – Hose..� The 4th side says WELL MACHINERY & SUPPLY CO., INC – Mill – Gin – Water Works – Industrial Supplies – Transmission Machinery – FORT WORTH, TEXAS.There is surface wear, as shown in photos.� Perhaps it goes without saying, but it is 36” long.We’ll be happy to answer your questions via email and we accept all forms of payment.
