Hi Folks. This is my first attempt at a sale on Ebay. I have been a member of NAWCC (National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors) since 1973. So I have played with clocks since then and now plan to buy, sell and repair clocks as a small business when I retire. Tfore, this is the first item I wish to put up for bid going towards my new career. This Waterbury mantel clock is of very good quality. The movement is original to the case, as you can see from the pictures Waterbury is stamped on the movement and printed on the dial. T is only the tiniest scrap left of the papers on the back. The glass in the dial is concaved which is not true to the original but honestly I think it looks better. If the new owner wished, they could easily put in a piece of flat glass. I have been all through the movement cleaned, bushed and oiled. It's been running great for over a year. It has a gong on the hour and bell on the half hour, key included. I think this is w I'm supposed to say "good luck bidding" (Bid High).
