First off, I don't know anything about antique phones. This is a very old (1920's?) Western Electric emergency phone. It has a receiver and a mouthpiece similar to those found on the old candlestick phones. The casing is made of cast iron and it is in very good original condition with a small lower corner of the front cover casting broke off. The internal pieces appear to all be there including the original dry cell batteries that most likely will need to be discarded before shipping. The magneto rings the bell when turned by the small hand crank. The phone has a marking of "336" cast into the inside of the cover. The only flaw that I am aware of is the wire to the earpiece has been repaired with some kind of cloth electrical tape. The approximate measurements of the casing are 16" tall x 10" deep x 10" wide. I can ship this in a box but it is heavy. Please ask questions as I stated, I don't know antique phones so I will try and answer your questions to the best of my ability. This is sold as is with no returns.
