This is a very nice vintage Western Electric wall telephone. Case is about 6" x 8" x 4". Comes with earpiece and cord with only small spot of wear. Also has attached mouthpiece. Everything is in very good condition although could use a little polishing. This model had no crank or bell, but you signaled the operator by tapping on the earpiece holder which flashed the light for your line on the switchboard and the operator connected to your line and asked "What number, please?" Inside phone is original paper with what looks like the use and repair instructions. All parts inside phone look to be in great, operational condition. Sticker on front says "Western Wlectric Company Pat'd in USA See Dates Inside" and another sticker on the mouthpiece says "Kenilworth 298" (Kenilworth is a city north of Chicago in Illinois).
