Very fine antique set of 4 Haviland Limoges Oyster plates dateing to late 19th/early 20th century. Beautiful antique hand-painted gold trimmed French Haviland Limoges porcelain oyster plates.White glazed with decorated scalloped tracery guilding and brushed gilt rims. The plates are in very good condition, not worn, cracked, chipped,crazed or stained.The guilding is in strong condition with minimal if any visible wear.Two of the plates have minor chips to the foot - please see photos. Specifics White with brushed gold guilding 8 ½ “ diameter (approx) Makers marks “H & Co, L, France” and “Haviland& Co, Limoges” on the base of each dish.
