You are bidding on a vintage Wood SEWING TOOL. In antique used condition with nice patina. Solid & sturdy it works! Part of a farm auction purchase I was told it was used to sew up Gunny Sacks. Shaped like a violin the top & bottom part slide back & forth to move the twine thru the needle. T is a piece of thick leather on the nose of the top part. It has metal eye on the bottom for the twine to go thru. It measures aprox 9 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wdie at the widest part. A nice hard to find collectible that looks good on display. Thanks for looking.
