this is an older picture frame that is 9.5 x 11.5 in. on the inside and 12.5 x 14.5 in. on the outside. the frame needs refinishing or painting . what i like about this frame is the ornate decorative brass corners. there are 4 brass corner tips and there is suppose to be 4 brass cgerub tips also but one is missing. the cherubs are attached on the top of the frame corners and the other brass pieces are attached from the underside of the frame. even if you don't like the frame the brass pieces are removable and you can use them on whatever you want.
