All of our shipping services are provided by Fed-Ex for the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska), and all international orders. UPS will be used to ship to Canada. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties for their rug(s). International customers, including customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for the additional fees.We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, tfore we cannot allow pick-up by person.
