This is an old WREDEN'S LAGER OAKLAND CAL. amber beer bottle with a wire retained porcelain cap marked CLAUS WREDEN BREWING CO. SF. The wire holding the cap is rusty but otherwise it is in perfect condition-no chips or cracks. I've lived in the SF east bay all my life and never heard of Wreden's. This was found in the attic of our old Victorian in Alameda, CA. It is 8" tall.
