WWII and Coca Cola teamed up together in 1944 to produce an advertising campaign that would sell Coke and provide our returning soldiers with a cool refreshing welcoming drink! This item up for sale is the original printing block made of a copper surface and a wooden base. It may be bronze, I don't know my metals. What I do know is that I paid several hundred dollars for it several years ago on Ebay for my Coke collection. It comes with a lithograph included in the pictures. The lithograph is exactly as I received it, starting to yellow with one curling corner and a slight stain and roughened paper area on the back. It does not affect its framing and showcase ability. The printing block is completely intact and as good as it was new. I wish I knew the history of this particular block to relate, but it is a magnificent piece for the WWII buff, or Coca Cola collector. You will probably not find another one like this easily, if at all!! It also has more meaning now with our soldiers still at war today! I guarentee my items. Good luck and happy bidding!
