This is a very nice lot of WWII era Japanese soldier's medals, badges, cigarette case, rank patch and more. This was just purchased yesterday in a small town in Yamagata prefecture near the Sea of Japan. The medals consist of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, China Incident War medal and Red Cross medal and the matching ribbon bar. The Sacred Treasure looks to be a 7th class too, but a little hard to tell for certain because of the patina. The medals and ribbon bar are in great shape. T's also a Gun Yuu (Friend of Military) badge that in excellent shape. T's a rank badge that was used to pin on the front of the tunic. It's in very good condition with a little soiling and minimal wear. The red and white ribbon has a little wear but still nice. That was worn on days of celebration. T's a visor cap star that is in great usuable condition. T's a large table medal with SHOU (Award) on the front. It's in perfect shape and has a Yamagata sticker still attached to the bottom. T's also a GREAT lot of Imperial Japanese Army officer calling cards from 9 different officers. Those will be worth translating! One has an interesting illustration on the back as if the officer was illustrating his point in regards to a battle situation. The last thing is the cigarette case which has Chuuyuu (Brave & Loyal) on it. Looks like t was a badge mounted to
