ITEM: Original WWII era antique Imperial Japanese Army mess kit. This is a real beauty, lots of writing from the soldier (Suzuki-san) who owned it. This was made by Nigiriya and is dated Showa 17 (1942). This is guaranteed original, as is the paint and all the writing. Nothing modern. The winner will have a very very nice mess kit. Clean it up and use it. With a little practice you can cook up a cup of rice in this.
