Hello ! This listing is for (1) Federated Metals Division American Smelting Refining Co. XXXX Nickel Babbitt metal casting, stamped 92 on the bottom. This comes from a collector friend who has collected a wide variety of nautical items actually: he claims this one came from a submarine. I cannot verify that however. I thought it was antique, but if it's from a sub, perhaps it's vintage. It weighs appoximately 3 pounds 6 ounces, and is approximately 8.75" long. I plan on shipping this wrapped a bit in bubble wrap, USPS Priority either in a box or flat rate envelope, etc, with at least 100USD insurance. If you require something more please let me know and we can adjust accordingly, as I'm not liable for issues arising from postal transit.
