Antiques, 7 branch Brass Menorah This is an antiques piece. It is not perfect and there is some candle wax here and there, but this is a wonderful Menorah. The first candelabra, or menorah in Hebrew, was created by Betzalel, the greatest silversmith of all time, in the wilderness and brought to the Temple in Jerusalem. When the Temple was destroyed in 70 C.E., the menorah was already a Jewish symbol for one thousand years.
