This Solid Hardwood 12 foot table has carving on the base and is built to last an eternity. Solid hand forged iron cross supports on three pedestal legs. Length 12ft, width 46", height 30" with a 2" thick top. It has one 24 inch leaf that can be removed. All hand rubbed 6 layer finish is prettier in person than in the photos. The placement of the legs does not interfere with seating as do tables with a leg on each corner. The hardwood with the 6 coats of beautiful hand rubbed finish will hold up nicely with every day use. Most tables are spray finished (one coat) and the finish is not rubbed into the wood making them shallow and not hold up well.
