Anton Corbijn has introduced a new era of portrait photography for the music world both pop and rock as well as prominent entertainment figures such as like Wim Wenders, David Lynch, and Martin Scorsese to actors like Johnny Depp, Gerard Depardieu and Jodie Foster. Using mostly black and white to capture the essence of his subject, most of the portraits are shot during quiet moments when the subject is less “on guard”. The resulting portraits are a true glimpse inside the soul of some of our most iconic figures of the last 60 years.This book is in very good condition. No tears, or marks. The dust Jacket has a tiny bit of wrinkling around the edges that are hard to see. Other than that the book and jacket are in "like new" condition. We are trying to reclaim space in our house as well as raise funds to send our son to college. So Happy Bidding!
