Lovely piece with a fabulous ruby red color known as pigeon blood with a crimped and ruffled edge..an outstanding piece marked by our estate holder as having been listed in John A. Shuman's Art Glass Book, on page 127 , but does not indicate which issue. A true beauty just in time for the bridal season in a rare color. No chips, cracks or mars. Certainly one of the elegant makers of the Victorian era, but no makers mark is present. Measures in at 10 & 3/8" wide . Bottom rim edge is 3 & 1/8" wide and 3/8" deep .
