ANZA SWAT TACTICAL BLADE WITH MICARTA HANDLEThe swat tactical knife has a Micarta handle with two finger grooves on the bottom of the handle and a thumb recess on the top of the blade. File teeth are visible on both sides of the blade and extra design work on top edge. This blade has been very lightly blued with a shinny cutting edge. Handle has a dull finish that can be darkened up with a little oil if you prefer a darker color. Also has a lanyard hole.The Swat Tactical blade with a false top edge and a Micarta handle. Handle has rounded corners to fit nice in your hand.Since the start in 1980, Anza has been committed to providing top hand-made affordable knives for the sportsman and collector.Anza makes there knives from files because a file is an excellent source of high carbon tool steel. Through a process called annealing, they remove the brittleness normally found in a file. The knives are then hand ground to shape, a handle, in this case Micarta is then added, and final finishing, polishing and sharpening are then completed. The final result is a beautifully made knife that will both hold an edge and sharpen easily.Anza knives are so sharp and hold an edge so well they have become a favorite among guides and outfitters, hunters, backpackers, and fishermen.
