APCO American Bisque Dog in a Basket COOKIE JAR! APCO was bought out by American Bisque. American Bisque is no longer in business. No reproduction! We bought this jar in an estate sale. This is a heavy cookie jar. As best we know it dates back into 1930's - 1940's. Marked on the bottom Patent Pending. Above the word "Patent" is an A. T is an A under the rim of the lid. It has paint ware, pinhole, and crazing. On the back of the lid the bow has places w the glaze was scraped off or something. No hairlines. We paid extra for you to be able to supersize the pictures.
