Presented is a very special and historic signed 1/25 scale Apollo 11 space capsule replica display signed by the second man to walk on the moon, Buzz Aldrin.
This Apollo 11 capsule is presented in the reentry version as it appeared after a successful splash down completing the first successful lunar landing mission.
A special numbered signature plate signed by Buzz is attached to the special mirrored display base. The Apollo 11 capsule ("Columbia") has every detail possible included found on the full size version. It features a detailed hatch that can be removed to reveal the completely detailed capsule interior. A multitude of hand applied details both inside and out including the honeycomb outer capsule surface have been reproduced to make this the most detailed scale capsule available. Mission and signature documentation and collectors certificate are included. The Apollo 11 display comes with everything as shown in the pictures. It is completely pre-built and pre-finished and ready for immediate display.
The Apollo 11 comes with a special display stand that cradles the capsule while on display inside of the custom display mirrored display cube assembly.The capsule is removable from the display stand. The display cube assembly features and includes a black solid wood base with an attached mirrored panel, attached name plate and signature plate and a clear acrylic cube that rests on the base.
