Apollo Soyuz Commemorative Cigarettes UNOPENED 1975 Here is your chance to own this an unopened pack (hard pack) of cigarettes manufactured at the Yava Factory, Moscow, USSR to commemorate the historic 1975 joint US/Soviet Apollo Soyuz mission. The text on the cigarette pack is is in both English and Russian. Above are scans of both the English and Russian sides of the pack.Philip Morris and Soviet cigarette maker Glavtabak partnered together to issue the commemorative cigarette. The package shows an image of the two spacecraft linked together in space. This is a great opportunity to own a unique collectible from America’s space program (imagine issuing a special cigarette to commemorate anything today!), as well as a piece of space memorabilia from the former Soviet Union. The Apollo Soyuz mission came during the period of détente between our two countries. The box/cigarettes are unopened and in excellent condition .
