Hello! For sale is a very good shape Apple Color Stylewriter 2500. I tested it with my Powerbook Duo and the printer communicated successfully with the computer. Upon printing, the Powerbook said the printer was out of ink. The last time I used this printer was 10 years ago. The ink has long dried up by now. If it is not the ink, then it may be the printer heads, which both are sold on eBay at a very good price . Some heads come with ink which would be a good idea anyway for optimum printing quality on your vintage mac.
This printer has been stored away in it's box for 10 years and it shows no signs of yellowing and looks as good as it did when it was new. Included is the printer, power supply, installation floppy disks, sample transparent paper (still shrink wrapped) and the printer serial cable. Everything looks like new! The box is not in bad shape but not perfect either. You can see in the pictures. I will put this in another box and ship the next day after payment.
