Aqua Lung Military SRU-40B/P HABD NIB Model 102800 Up for auction is a new in box Aqua Lung military SRU-40B/P Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Device (HABD) spare air survival system. This is used by the military for pilots, aircrew, or Seal teams that fly over water on their missions. This is the B/P model with 20 inch hose and dial gauge model 102800 . It has the 3,000 psi, 1.5 cubic foot spun black anodized aluminum bottle, so it does not need re-test or re-cert. Bottle is empty. When full, y ou can expect 12-15 breaths of supplemental air with this system. Units with a hose are more desirable than units that have no hose, as the bottle can be located anywhere on body and hose routed to mouth. Comes with a modified Micra second stage regulator, mouthpiece cover, and user’s manual in the original labeled box. Manufactured July 2001. The SRU-40/P, SRU-40A/P and SRU-40B/P are functionally and mechanically identical, and vary only in improved components.
