Beautiful mid-century Murano Glass shell shaped trinket bowl by Archimede Seguso. It was designed and manufactured in the early years of 1950 and it is part of a rare series of objects which were infused with color powder which is called "Polveri". The ribbed structure with swirled end piece is a great example of Segusos superb craftsmanship and this design is highly collectible. The sculpture measures 4.75" in length and it stands 2.25" high. The glass is in excellent condition, without any signs of damage or repair.
