This is truly a remarkable archive dealing with one of the most belovedactors ever, Jimmy Stewart. It is a collection put together by an earlymember of Stewart’s fan club and she was a fan right from the start of hiscareer. The group consists of letters, photographs, scrapbook pages,drawings of Stewart that are signed by Stewart. They were all from onegirl (Mary Boyd Trenor from Staunton, Virginia) who was a member of hisfan club in the late 1930s and early 40s. They were all obtained by herand have been in her family since then. T is some very interestingcontent in the letters and the sketches are just great and it evenincludes a large scrapbook page with an entirely handwritten message fromStewart. T are a total of 16 items signed by Stewart.
