I am not sure if this is cast iron or steel. A magnet does stick. It is an ice shaver. Arctic Ice Shave No. 33. Grey Ironcasting Co., Mount Joy, PA. U.S.A. The bottom is also marked Made in U.S.A. It does have the original screw. T is a small amount of rust. I have not tried to clean it at all. We ship USPS. Insurance is optional, but recommended, we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our hands. We accept personal checks, but will not ship until the check clears our bank, usually 7-10 days. Payment is expected withing 7 days of auction ending. If no payment is received we will file a non paying bidder alert with Ebay and proper feedback will be left. So please....serious bidders only! We are not perfect.
