Very neat 1946 ARDEN .099, Lever Throttle, Spark Ignition engine with the Acessory RED TANK . The engine is sold primarily as a display piece as it feels as though the con rod is a bit loose. The engine turns free with good piston fit and compression, but has a "dead spot" at TDC and BDC. I have lots of parts for these, if the buyer wishes to restore it to It competition flying condition. It has Ser# 1-B-099 on the back of the case. Very good to excellent overall cosmetics, with no broken fins or other crash damage. Comes as shown with original Lever Throttle assembly and a Champion V3 spark plug. I have been flying a couple models with Arden .099 engines for several years and find them very user friendly and very strong running engines. Great engine for SAM free flight or OTS "Sparky" competition. Ready to fill that vacant spot on the display shelf. Email me questions. Buyer to pay calculated shipping.
