THIRTY TWO PIECE COLLECTION FOR BID. is something for everyone...32 pieces of locally found flint and stone items that date to the woodland period and earlier..but mostly 5 to 7 thousand year old pieces. This collection includesfour modern pottery cult symbols of the Southern Mississippian Cults. In this collection are two stone marbles that are Native American as far as I can tell..t is a parial Quapaw polished celt..T is a dark grey pendant shaped like a celt(this should have been sold seperately) that has a natural band of differing material bisecting it.T are several Adenas, one Nodena, Garys,t is a small HARDIN that is heavily beveled. T are two flint knives, one being stemmed and the other no stem and with upturned blade. T is a fine chip celt or adz in this group and t is a pointed tool that bears generations of wear that most likely was used as a weaving tool (also should have been listed seperately) or net making tool. T is an enlongated pendant with tip broken a little..It has velcro tabs for mounting on felt..and about 4 of the points have glue residue on the backs..I have not tried to remove it but I am sure it can easily be removed..T are a couple of broken Dalton Drills and a almost opaque quartz point that looks like it might have been used for perforation. All these pieces with the exception of the modern Cult symbols
