Fresh from New England for your Consideration is this Rare Arlington Dressel Union Pacific Railroad Lantern.If you are a Collector of Railroadiana, you just hit the jackpot. Just wait until you see the condition of this railroad switch lamp.The Railroad Lantern is in Excellent Condition.The fuel reservoir doesn't have any signs of ever being used. The wick has never seen a flame. There is no soot or heat marks anywhere on this lantern.The paint is in near perfect condition, with a minor chips. I think someone scooped this lantern up before it went into service and took it home. The top is marked "DRESSEL" and "ARLINGTON".The fuel tank is also stamped with "Dressel" Logo.This lantern was meant to sit on a post of some sort.There are two Blue lenses and two Red Lenses, 4 lenses total. I can't express enough how clean this lantern is. The Railroad Lantern measures about 9" inches wide and 17 1/2" inches tall without the handle.Take a look at my pics and see for yourself what an awesome beauty this is. I doubt that you'll ever find another in this condition and as complete.
