This is a fine model of a F.W.190 A6/R3(Rustig 3) aircraft fitted with Rheinmetal-Borsig103 30mm cannon The A6 model had strengthened wings to cater for the Rustig armament fits which were variable in number and frequently carried out online, during operations. I have researched this aircraft and although this fit was of a limited production, later replaced by other more suitable gun fits, I have included one photo from a series of on line shots. The box has a score on the left front and shows signs of age but remains sturdy. There is a DF aerial underside which was caught on removal from the box which has been securely refitted as shown and I have reset the under carriage by 1/48 plans to the correct angle. The model was displayed in a smoke/pet free environment and these points in no way detract from the appearance of this fine replica F.W.190 which displays remarkably well. The model will be packed in the polystyrene box cocoon,placed, in the Armour container and very securely packed again in another box Postage is by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for ( 2-3 working days).
