Bare, Red Oak Arrow-of-Light Plaque for Cub Scout cross-over Award ceremony. and, of course for the scout to keep forever to remember this special achievement. We've been supplying these to local packs for years and now have them available for shipping via UPS to customers everyw (USA and Virgin Islands only) This auction is for manufacturing seconds! This auction is for a batch of Seven plaques! And the Shipping is FREE!! This auction is for ONE lot of Seven plaques! We occasionally have some defects in the wood, or some machining challenges creating some slight defects that could be overcome with some TLC in the finishing process, but they're just not good enough to sell as 1st quality plaques! If you've got the time for some extra attention and/or elbow grease, then you can save some money ! The nominal size of these clear Red Oak plaques is 6" x 24" x 1" . . See the pictures for finishing ideas. Dens in our area have come up with unique and varied ideas for making the award special. I've shown the ceremonial arrow hanging on the plaque and the engraved brass plate to personalize it for the scout. Some dads have also added all the achievement pins that the scout earned as a cub so he can display them on the plaque. Since the oak is pretty hard, they would pre-drill some small holes in the plaque that allow the pin backs
