This is an original , 1930's Art Deco, Silent Flame Table Lighter by Parker of London. It features a nude fan dancer, in brass (most of these I've seen are chrome). The base is brown bakelite. it is in very good condition - just needs to be cleaned. It works on 2 C batteries. I've not tried it, but see no reason why it would not work - everything is t and is in good condition. Measures 3" square x 5-1/2" high.
