A lovely Matisse Renoir art deco style copper and enamel choker length necklace In the extra desirable ,wonderfully rich and hard to find " verdigris green" enamel. Backed with champagne colored enamel Measures 17 inches with chain ,each enamel moon shaped piece measures about an inch This is not signed but is absolutely Matisse ,these were not reproduced nor made by other companies This necklace can be seen in the book "Copper Art Jewelry" Expected signs of wear and use,this has not been cleaned or polished as buyer may prefer to keep patina intact PLEASE (pretty please?) READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU BID: PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY I have always had a great love for old things and grew up around collectors;parents,grandparents and aunts. As most of my item are antique /vintage they will show the wear of time and use . I am careful to note any damage beyond regular age in my descriptions to the very best of my knowledge but I am all too human and as such prone to occasional mistakes . Ask questions about issues that may be important to you Please wait for your invoice before you pay as I have had trouble with the shipping calculators Insurance is included in winning bid (for free ) in all items over $50.00 Under $50.00 insurance is optional but if items are damaged in shipping and are not insured , I can not offer a refund. (I try to pack very very carefully but I can only imagine what must happen to some of those poor packages on their journey) I strongly recommend opting for insurance ,it usually costs less than $2.00. I try my hardest to get items out within 5 days of payment clearing but sometimes other priorities pop up and that week, I may only be able to make it to the post office (30 minutes away) once-I will do my utmost to keep people informed THANKS FOR LOOKING!
