A dazzling Art Deco, Egyptian pin up girl image titled A Melody Of Ancient Egypt by Henry Clive. An incredible and stylized fantasy image that would serve to prove quite the contrast to the images associated with the Great Depression which was devastating much of America at the time. A remarkable, exotic fantasy scene with a pretty red-haired, modernist lithe flapper girl set against the pyramids as eventide dramatically comes to an end and the stars come out to play. This is a great image and rare old print. Clive only did a handful of images for calendar companies and this is one of those.
