Offered for auction with NO RESERVE: a fine, ornate and rare genuine vintage circa 1930 Eichwald Bohemian Czech art pottery majolica bowl with repeating pierced pattern of elephants encircling it. The raised marks on bottom are as shown, the word " Eichwald " and " Czechoslovakia " as well as the numbers " 4588/2 ". The bowl measures about 4-1/2 inches tall and and 7 inches across the widest part. Condition is very good with Elephant figurines intact. T is only typical original crazing and minor factory flaws, and a couple of tiny glaze nicks and edge flakes, not noticeable..
