Floor Model Penny Weigh Scale Please click on any photo to enlarge Wonderful 1930's Art Deco Floor Model MILLS NOVELTY Penny Weigh Scale. The scale was used in dime stores and has a very stylized art deco look. It stands 53 1/2" tall. The top of the scale includes a health chart which gives you optimal weight for men and women based in height. The scale is in working condition and comes with the original key. Right now it is set up to work without using coins. Inside the back are the instructions for calibrating and adjusting this machine. Product of Mills Novelty, Chicago USA.
