For sale is a wonderful and very rare artdeco ceramic desk inkwell made in the 1930s by the Gouda Plateel factory in Holland. The item is decorated with very stylisch art deco flower pattern called “Anjer” or translated in “Carnation”. Fully marked at the bottom (see picture) with also impressd the shape number 695. The inkwell measures 24x17.5cm and 5.5cm in height. It is in very good condition (no cracks no chips no restorations) and still contains its glass ink-liner. Weight about 780g.
