This is a nice 16" tall (including globe), 15 watt iron table lamp in the form of a woman, holding a hand blown orange glass globe with interesting organic leopard like spots/ colorations (not painted on, they were formed IN the glass). It's in Mint condition.
It was given to me new as a present about 7 years ago, and has remained in the same spot since. At the time, I was told it was completely hand made by a small workshop in Tennessee, however t are no markings I can see indicating maker (perhaps under the felt pad on the base?). I am not sure if this is a reproduction of a period piece, or completely original. Very sturdy: the globe is held on by a tight spring clamp around the bulb on the inside. The pics don't do justice to the nice even orange glow of the lamp; the markings are beautiful.
Long, ON/OFF switch cord.
I will ship the globe OFF the lamp, separately wrapped and secure, once payment is clear.
Thanks for looking !
